The Trust & Safety APIs, SafeDecision and Insight, provide large online platforms and sharing economy companies with the tools to instantly ensure trust amongst their communities through API-driven background checks. These lightweight, compliant background checks help foster a frictionless onboarding experience for new users and provide peace of mind for other participants on the platform.
The VP of Product role at Inflection is both strategic and operational, responsible for both establishing the strategic vision for our products and roadmap, but also ensuring that our processes and operations are honed to execute on our vision. The VP will sit on our Executive Team, partnering with leaders from the other functional areas, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance. The ideal candidate will also be someone with extensive experience growing and scaling not only a product, but a team of PMs as well. This person will lead a strong, experienced team of 5 PMs looking for mentorship and personal growth opportunities.

THE GOODHIRE PRODUCT MANAGER WILL...
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, synthesize and understand market requirements and define features for the product roadmap
Manage the full lifecycle of a product features from business requirements to product release including: concept, scope, specifications, prioritization, design, implementation, user acceptance testing, quality assurance, deployment, maintenance, and support
Lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment, including Engineers, Designers, Marketers, Analysts, Salespeople, Customer Success Managers, and Customer Support Agents to plan and launch projects on time, on budget, and on specification
Balance product requirements and market impact against time to market and project risks
Incorporate customer and business partner feedback into future product requirements
Identify necessary reports, metrics, and analysis to measure the effectiveness and validate the success of completed projects
Manage, mentor, and grow an experienced team of Product Managers

Have demonstrated experience managing and growing PMs
BS/BA (Engineering, Business, Statistics, or other relevant degree - technical or analytical) - or equivalent work experience in a highly technical work environment. MBA is a plus.
10+ years Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B internet company
Previous experience as a manager of a team of Product Managers
Demonstrated experience developing use case requirements and translating them into product specifications
Strong project management skills: organized, attention to detail, and able to manage multiple time-sensitive projects
Experience presenting to executive audiences, including Boards of Directors
