Meet Our Executive Team

Mike Grossman
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mike brings more than 20 years of entrepreneurial and executive experience to Inflection. He has been CEO of a diverse set of innovative, VC-funded software companies, including LiveCapital, Tempo, Attributor, SugarSync, and Zetta, all of which were ultimately acquired. Mike’s experience in large companies includes leadership positions at Intuit and Johnson & Johnson, and board roles at Borders and Quicken. He started his career as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company in San Francisco and Sydney. Mike holds an A.B. in Economics and a J.D. from Harvard University. He is passionate about his family, his cats (5 at present), international travel, Game of Thrones, tennis, creative writing (when time permits), and quiet irreverence.

Peter Chantel
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Peter brings more than 20 years of senior financial leadership to Inflection. Most recently he served as CFO for Zetta, Inc. where he helped to drive the financial strategy which led to its acquisition by ArcServe. Peter also has held CFO positions with SugarSync, Akimbo Systems, and Signatures Network and was a co-founder of OnVideon, Inc. Earlier in his career, he served in financial executive and analyst positions with AT&T and Colony Capital. Peter is CPA certified, a member of AICPA, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from DePaul University. Peter trained as a classical pianist and in his spare time composes music and spends time in his Palm Springs garden.

Nachi Sendowski
CTO & VP Engineering
Nachi began consulting with Inflection in early 2007 and joined full-time in February 2008. Nachi is one of two mastermind architects behind STORM, Inflection's e-commerce and online marketing platform. He now oversees all of Inflection’s engineering organization. Before Inflection, Nachi was the VP of Software Development at Terrace Consulting, a Managing Partner of The Enticy Group, and VP of Product Technology at RelayHealth (originally named Healinx). As the Managing Partner of The Enticy Group, Nachi also consulted with Hot Topic Media, which led to his introduction to Inflection’s founders. Nachi's interests include sailing in exotic locations, snowboarding, long motorcycle trips, and spending time with his very accomplished daughters (and now grandchildren as well).

Ellen Perelman
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Ellen brings more than 20 years of marketing leadership experience to Inflection. She’s worked at large, public companies (Yahoo! and Intuit) and venture-backed startups where she’s had success building marketing teams and functions from the ground-up; retooling existing teams and functions; and scaling marketing and business performance. Ellen has a journalism degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Ellen enjoys yoga, hiking, scouting SF neighborhoods, and spending time with her daughter.

Max Wesman
CHIEF PRODUCT & STRATEGY OFFICER
Max joined Inflection in 2012 to lead the planning and launch of GoodHire. He now oversees all of Inflection’s product strategy, roadmap, development, pricing, and growth initiatives. Before joining the team, Max managed and launched B2B software products for HP and Microsoft. He received an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and undergraduate degrees from the Wharton School and the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. His passions outside of work include international travel, golf, pickleball, cooking, home brewing, and escape room games.

Sena Sitti
VP Customer Operations
Sena leads Customer Operations at Inflection, overseeing the customer support, customer success, and training teams. She has more than 20 years of customer support experience and a true passion for building successful teams. Prior to joining Inflection in 2010, Sena led several customer service teams at Utell, a hotel reservation company, and also excelled as a Sales and Solution Specialist at Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company. Sena holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Business Management and a Masters in Management from Bellevue University in Bellevue. She enjoys spending time with her husband and five children, reading, traveling the country by train, and working with youth.

Joe Nagy
VP Sales
Joe brings more than 20 years of sales experience to Inflection. Following graduate school, he worked at NCR, where he learned to implement a strong sales process combined with the art of understanding customer needs. He worked at several startups, where he was often the first salesperson, or led the sales organization. His most recent leadership roles include Zetta, SugarSync, and Finxera, all of which have been acquired. Joe has a degree in Business and an MBA from the University of Kansas. He enjoys spending time with his wife finding the best food to cook and eat in San Francisco, as well as brewing beer, traveling, and racing old BMWs.

Elizabeth McLean
General Counsel
Izzy is an FCRA-compliance attorney and expert in the background screening legal landscape. Prior to joining Inflection, she worked as an attorney for Hirease, where she honed her risk-mitigation skills and provided compliance guidance to gig economy customers such as Handy and Uber. She received a journalism degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law. She enjoys singing and playing acoustic guitar, bird watching, and listening to old jazz records. She lives in Pinehurst, North Carolina, with her wife, two beagles, and a cat.

Mikaila Turman
VP, People
Mikaila is a skilled HR professional with more than 13 years of experience in recruiting, operations, and benefits administration. Her experience stems from four years at Inflection, GoodHire’s parent company, and 9 years with NOLL Healthcare Network and NOLL Human Resource Services as Human Resource and Operations Manager and Senior Recruiting Specialist. Mikaila earned her degree at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In her spare time, she enjoys attending her husband and kids’ sports events, working out, playing with her dogs, and reading a good book.
